male/male content can definitely be presumed to be anal_penetration unless we have some reason to assume a character is actually a maleherm
The anus is visible leaving the only option as vaginal_penetration

This alias wouldn't make sense. Males with visible penises default to anal penetration whether the penetration is visible or not.
This is never treated as ambiguous penetration.
