I know there are other boorus but you go on something like the two rule 34 sites and it's a hot mess. With either not having not having tags for anything except characters or having multible tags for the same thing that all getting used at the same time making it utterly impossible to find anything, let a alone stringing together a search for multible tags. Plus E621's blacklist blocks AVATARS.

Im also heavially biased towards non hierarchical post order (or whatever the proper wording is) because having tha ability to find something be based on followers is fucking awful for both the people looking for and drawing the art, and e621, plus people trying to unfuck rule 34 has thought me from experience that users being able to edit tags works really well.

I don't even care if it's nsfw sites or not or a booru even (though I think that would be best), I just want the qualities listed above.

Ironically, there are some boorus that use bots to copy-paste everything from e621, including uploads and tags.

The biggest issue will likely be finding a booru with the kind of community and moderation that e6 has. Having a TWYS system with tags that users can edit still needs users who will diligently add appropriate tags and remove inappropriate ones, and moderators that will enforce proper tagging when debates and arguments arise (as well as moderators who can handle people constantly complaining about posts missing tags).

Are you talking tag what you seen as in people arguing over trans characters or in general?

I feel like MLP's Derpibooru has been trying to replicate the tagging system that e621 has. But mods are kinda dumb incompetent
and trolls/inexperienced taggers can tag literally whatever they want, from memes to insignificant additions not necessary to the related picture.

In general. Taking the concept of 'you see it, you tag it', with people largely agreeing on what tags mean, plenty of users willing and able to fix posts' tags (adding what's missing, removing what's incorrect, and fixing what's invalid), and a moderation staff that will put their foot down on what tags do or don't apply when there's disagreements.

Danbooru is pretty similar. I think e621 is actually built on the same software.
