Reason: apparently I'm having a stroke or something, since this wasn't a convenience alias already

Hmm.
swatchling already implies deltarune, but swatchling_(deltarune) does not.

I have to wonder, though… is the suffix necessary? Why not flip the alias the other way around?

The other thread has users suggesting to swap the alias, with BUR #1391, since swatchling seems unique enough to not need a suffix. And as noted, swatchling already has the necessary implication to deltarune.
