Do they own the IP? Tail Concerto is a game in the Little Tail Bronx series, which is developed by CyberConnect2 and originally published by Bandai Namco. If I'm understanding wikipedia's entry correctly, Tail Concerto was published by Atlus in the US, not Bandai (they're not mentioned on the cover at least), so I'm not sure Bandai wholly owns the series (the sequel, Solatorobo, was published by Bandai in Japan, Nintendo in PAL regions, and Xseed in North America).

If not, then it's an honest mistake of mine. If yes, then I'll still continue campagining for the tag implication.

Honestly, this is just as a terrible legal nightmare as the ownership of the rights to the N64 Golden Eye game, of which's rights are shared between Rare, Nintendo, Microsoft, Activision-Blizzard and MGM (now owned by Amazon).

Yeah, because of CyberConnect2, Bandai Namco and SEGA (the current parent company of Atlus) owning their own portion of the rights to Tail Concerto, we may NEVER see a re-release of this game I fell in love with in the past couple of months.
