I have never heard of "dimples of venus" so I also prefer the more descriptive tag

One of the many meanings of duff is as slang for the buttocks. Thus, duffy dimples would be slang for dimples upon the buttocks, ie. back dimples.

I personally prefer utilizing dimples_of_venus instead, since both back_dimples or butt_dimples could be used to describe this same thing (with dimples_of_venus being the more neutral option). Though if folks are fine with aliasing these to back_dimples, I guess that this alias would work well too.

Ackshiually, butt_dimples describes something else, the dimples on the side of the buttocks. Here's an example containing both: post #2618110
