Not really. Some posts under touching_balls seems to be of a character touching someone's balls (their own or another's) with their hand. balls_touching is when two characters' balls touch each other (which makes it unambiguously gay).

It seems touching_balls should be disambiguated, since it can refer to holding_balls (a character holding their own balls), ball_grab (a character holding/grasping another character's balls), or balls_touching (two sets of balls touching).

There are quite a few touching_* tags (most used seems to be touching hair), and disambiguating this would open the can of worms of disambiguating all of them

I think "balls touch" is enough of a meme that people can probably be relied on to use the correct form. Certainly most of the images currently tagged touching_balls wouldn't fall under this alias.
