Reason: I was uploading and I saw how the two tags are the same thing

French kiss refers to a kiss in which the participants' tongues extend to touch the other participant's lips or tongue.

Per the wiki, tongue is touching tongue, so it's french kissing.

And kissing says

Two or more characters pressing their lips together, or a single character pressing their lips against another character's cheek or any other body part

So, two character's tongues extending out to touch without the lips touching wouldn't classify as a french kiss.

French kissing and regular kissing are different actions with different components.

Edit: just noticed that french kissing implies kissing so that puts a wrench in my argument

FWIW, there is also tongue_lick (which has been aliased to licking, for some reason), and licking_tongue. Given the other licking tags, it seems to me that tongue_to_tongue and licking_tongue should be aliased to tongue_lick, which should imply, not alias, licking.
