The tag alias #51288 fishnet_clothing -> fishnet has been rejected.

Reason: both appear to be used for the exact same purpose.

I'm more in favor of utilizing fishnet_clothing instead of fishnet, but this alias works fine too.

Edit: This alias is also the easier and simpler option, considering the numerous aliases/implications currently established for fishnet.

I prefer fishnet_clothing too but it was 300 vs 10300 posts with plenty of aliases/implications that already exist. If a reverse seems favourable I'd gladly reverse it since it fits the tagging scheme better (i.e. translucent_clothing, striped_clothing)

Yeah, I've gone and made a BUR on topic #29603 to make fishnet_clothing the standard. This alias might need to be rejected before the second half of the BUR can be approved (since it will include the alias fishnet -> fishnet_clothing).
