Strictly speaking, I think the suthay are supposed to be a subspecies of khajiit.

Outside of a few broad strokes, it's pretty difficult to nail down the differences between the khajiiti breeds as the official sources are rather vague and fan speculation tends to run wild, so it makes sense to me to alias them to khajiit.

There are a lot of anthro khajiit species, depending on how far you want to take things. cathay, ohmes (visually they're humans with tattoos), pahmar, suthay-raht, and tojay currently have popluated tags. Incidentally, ohmes-raht is already aliased to khajiit.
