Reason: List of bondage tags that should probably imply bondage and being bound.

The only one here I'm not sure of is wing_bondage and wings_tied Other body parts use the <body part>_tied format. Please feel free to discuss your thoughts on that.

I believe the implications should be Tied (a specific way of being bound) -> Bound -> Bondage (can refer to the state of being bound, as well as the acts of bindng and unbinding, neither of which would should be considered being "bound").
I'd otherwise agree.
