I’m having some trouble trying to locate the section where I can blacklist images. Normally, there would be a small thing at the top left of the page under the search bar that had items blacklisted already, but ever since I’ve logged into this site, that setting disappeared. Where has this gone? Where can I go to blacklist tags?

To edit your blacklist, go to Account -> Settings -> "Blacklisted tags".
Unless you mean something else. The option to edit your tags when you aren't logged in is definitely not under the search bar - it's in the navbar.
