Reason: penile, among other penis related tags, such as penis_in_ass, arent set to imply penis, and ive noticed a handful of posts that have a penile or other penis implying tag without the penis tag itself

penile sex acts, such as fellatio, can be implied without the penis being visible in the picture post #2293180

This can't be approved due to instances where the penis isn't visible, and instead needs routine manual cleanup.

Not sure if that's the best example, the first thing I thought when I saw that was "oh that guy just gave a blowjob to a dude and now he's giving cunnilingus to an andromorph"
