This forum topic focuses around what to do regarding erect_tail, tail_boner, and raised_tail, and is derived from forum topic #27869.

I was originally going to imply tail_boner -> erect_tail. However, since erect_tail and tail_boner are quite similar to each other, should both tags be kept or should one tag be aliased to the other? Additionally, should either of these tags be aliased/implicated to raised_tail?

I figured to start this as a discussion before making a BUR dedicated to aliasing/implicating any of these tags. What do y'all think should be done with these tags?

I vote for aliasing tail_boner and tail_erection to erect_tail (because the latter is more in line with e621 nomenclature) and leaving raised_tail separate, since you can have an erect_tail pointing down.

+1 to aliasing tail_boner -> erect_tail. Suggest to tag with raised_tail or tail_between_legs when appropriate in the wiki.

I know that this thread is tail-focused, but there are a few *_raised tags that could be aliased to their raised_* equivalents using the same BUR.

I can make a BUR that's focused solely on aliasing *_raised tags to their equivalent raised_* tags.
