cute_eyes is far too much of a subjective tag, but many of the tags might fit under puppy_eyes, <3_eyes, glistening_eyes, etc. Disambiguation might be a good choice for this one.

I'm only seeing one deleted post with this tag, but I'd imagine it would be something very similar to cute_fangs so maybe it could be aliased to that.
