A full nelson is a type of shoulder lock and technically has nothing to do with the legs, see the first two examples on the full_nelson wiki page. Sure some of the tagged images have the dom holding up their legs too, but that isn't what makes it a full nelson.

I forgot about the wrestling (non-sexual) implication of this tag. If we're including that, then not all images under the tag imply that. i apologize.
