I don't think a ball harness needs visible balls to be tagged. It could be unworn or worn over clothing. The same could be said about penis_harness as well (being unworn). The rest looks good.

Yeah, I didn't think about those (mostly copy/pasted my suggestions from the above linked forum topic). I'll edit the bulk update request to fix that.
