Reason: I don't think bulge needs further distinction, with balls_outline and similar tags covering the more than obvious cases.

Why not alias the tag to balls_outline?

That could work too, though I'm not sure. I've noticed this tag on post #2339910. I don't think it qualifies for balls_outline, and I'm sure it's not the only one.
