Topic: how the FRICK do I add my artist tag to my drawings?

Posted under Tag/Wiki Projects and Questions

Ok, so I've been making art for a while and I realized what I'm lacking is an artist tag. There is no option to add "artists" on the initial upload page, I've made and an artists tag and everything but I still don't know how to attach them to my drawings.
Help?

actually, there is an "Artists" tag in the page, but It just adds it to the copyrights tab.

Look at the top of the tag list for post #2290492
Artist tag just goes straight into the regular tag field with all the other tags, if a specific tag is categorised as artist it will show as an artist tag instead of a general tag.

basically, tags being categorized isn't something that is initially done from upload forms unless you know the meta codes, and even than if the tag has been added to the site pretense the meta categorization wont work. This is due to the fact that pretense to this feature being removed, it was easy for people to vandalize tags category and to have no idea who did it. Now, in order to recategorize a tag you need to search the tag in the tag section at the top of the site menu, or click the ? beside the tag, choosing to edit the tag you have to option from there to categorize the tag into the intended grouping. As with this funtionality there is a paper trail as to whom is editing tag types.

It isn't Millcore as an exclusive , but basically any admin can set up your User account to be connected to the associated artist tag. this requires admin input as there is different verification they do to remove the chance of impersonation. the connected accounts makes it possible to access the artist tag from your user profile, and vise vera. Also making commission information an available option to input in the tag information. Though, I do think that having some sort of application available for this function in the future would be effective.
