Hello, so there is a tag for girly male characters (use to be femboy), but I didn't see the muscular tag used much. Is there and official tag for musclar male characters to use when tagging? This was prompted by seeing an image of a buff male character wearing lingerie, but it only being tag with girly.

I was going to suggest that, but according to the wiki it's for: "Posts that emphasize the male musculature as the primary focus of the image." Compared to girly which is for posts that merely depict "A male bodied character with a feminine personality, clothing, and sometimes body type", regardless of focus.

It sounds like you're looking for muscular_male + girly. Though many posts lack the necessary tags, so you could also try muscular + male + girly.
