Many of the posts that I've either uploaded or favorited have been reset to zero. Will these ever come back, or will I have to go back and try my best to remember which posts I favorited?

The faves are still there, you can search them with fav:X id:Y, it's just that the counts need updating.
Hey, I have figured out the cause of this, but it, like pools, is going to take a while to import and fix. You'll have to give it a few hours to fill in and get fixed fully.
