chevron seems to be marked as a character tag, seemingly for chevronfox/~nicky~. I was thinking of Moving ChevronFox to Chevron_Fox but that character tag is already taken by somebody else with no presence that I could find, and I feel Chevron_Fox_(ChevronFox) would be a little redundant and awkward.
Do I move the current one to Chevron_Fox_(oi_ocha) as all but 2 of the arts were uploaded by user:oi_ocha, or do I leave them alone, and make the redundant sounding tag?
Beyond that, I'm not trusted enough to change a tag's type, so I'd need to get someone more trusted than I to change that.

To sum up:
I think all chevron markings should be tagged as chevron, and chevron changed to a general tag.

Chevron Fox needs to be given his own character tag, but the obvious choice is taken. Should I move them all around, or should I try to edit as few things as possible?

It should be disambiguated, and the markings should be tagged as chevron_(marking). Also since there is multiple characters with same name, they both should be tagged in name_(owner) format. Other one should not be prioritized by giving other one the plain name tag.

I finished cleaning up just about every *chevron* tag
chevronfox is the artist
chevron_(marking) is a general tag denoting the shape of marking (hopefully somebody can make it imply markings)
updated the tag_group:markings wiki already. I did not update the markings wiki as it's only supposed to list common markings, and 32-odd images out of nearly 2 million isn't exactly common.
chevron_(chevronfox) was created for chevronfox's own character chevron, and
chevron_fox_(oi_ocha) was created for the character only tagged as "Chevron fox" previously, but whose art was always uploaded by oi_ocha, so I can only assume it was their character. This was more to stop any fighting over who gets the simpler tag

chevron, chevrons, chevron_markings, chevron_fox, and chevron_mouth have all been cleared out, and should have no tags.
