-1. While the DC character is referred to as "the Joker", his name is officially spelled as just "Joker", without a definite article. Note that the lede on the character's Wikipedia article) bolds "Joker", but not the "the" at the beginning. Besides that, there are other Jokers as aforementioned on this thread.

Nah, but aliasing to joker_(card) should work. People can learn to stop tagging joker for Batman's or Persona's Joker.
