The suffix is not part of the artist name. See http://www.furaffinity.net/user/ralek/ and https://www.patreon.com/Ralek. See also related forum #227028.

The dileakstudios → RalekArts alias will have to be changed to dileakstudios → Ralek.

EDIT: The tag alias ralekarts1 -> ralek (forum #279303) has been rejected by @bitWolfy.

☝ Explanation: leomole edited the post above to use RalekArts instead of ralekarts1, which is what the actual alias is for: alias #36305.
I don't think that Ralek ever used the ralekarts1 name, that seems like a typo to me. The tag has never been used.
