Reason:

Wide crotch is a type of wide hips were the space between the legs is unusually wide, often seen in pokemon, toons and biped ferals.

Thigh_gap generally is a exclusively feminine anatomical feature that is signified by a small opening in the crotch created by slightly bowed thighs that then cause the knees to come together, the opening is not a continuous open space from pubis to feet.

And wide_stance is used for a type of purposeful posing not a anatomical feature, they are generally just regular human based crotch anatomy with the feet simply "spread eagle".

In wide_crotch the space between the legs is consistently the same width from pubis to feet, unchanging/fixed anatomy.

Character definitely has a wide crotch but the hips aren't especially wide compared to the rest of the body.

hip width is a relative measurement mostly based on the size of a character's waist and shoulders. it's very possible for a character to have a wide crotch while having a hip, waist, and shoulder width that don't add up to "wide_hips".
