Aliasing offscreen_masturbation → invalid_tag

Reason:

It's impossible to know for sure if a character is masturbating or not if it's offscreen.

EDIT: The tag alias offscreen_masturbation -> invalid_tag (forum #277315) has been approved by @Millcore.

That doesn't seem to be the case given the images currently tagged with this. It seems obvious that some of them are masturbating.

But this change would fit with the "tag what you see" rule.

Just rename it to implied_masturbation to fit the naming standard.
If it's obvious enough to warrant an explicit rating, it should be tagged.

Changed the alias from invalid_tag to implied_masturbation.

implied masturbation is already aliased to invalid tag though
