They almost mean the same thing execution wise unless someone wants to argue any notable differences.

Infinite cum tag is exclusively for looping animations of characters cumming, and if you look into the unstoppable orgasm tag's content, you will see that very few posts would fit under the requirments of infinite cum tag. These tags are not for same thing at all.
