Or the other way around. Both tags are fore the same purpose as far as I understand it, and I don't see the purpose of keeping both.

EDIT: The tag alias running_mascara -> mascara_tears (forum #273645) has been rejected by @Rainbow_Dash.

-1. Mascara can run from things that are not specifically tears from crying, such as being drenched in rain. Running mascara caused by tears have a pretty distinct look to them, mainly due to each single tear sliding down the face. Running from rain can look different.

I'd say mascara_tears should imply running_mascara, which then implies running_makeup or something similar

Fair enough. Tho the makeup tags in general probably need a look over to correct implications and such. Quite a few tags aren't hooked up proper.
