Tiamat is an ancient Babylonian goddess, and was, in fact, often described as a dragon-like creature.
D&D certainly helped to popularize her, especially as a multi-headed dragon, but she's been around for a long time.
Tiamat_(god) is ambiguous and vague. I'd recommend tiamat_(D&D)
Tiamat_(D&D) (or similar) should be exclusively for dragons that are 5-headed with each head being a different color/design (representing red, black, blue, green and white dragons)

Tiamat is also cognate with the Tehom of the book of genesis that the Abrahamic god came from god's mother. The primordial waters of chaos.

Well, yes. Just as Tiamat is a metal band, a character in fire elblem, planets in several different books/games, bosses, etc. :) Tiamat is many thingss. It would be good not to mix her up with Tehom either. :)

in this case, should a Tiamat_(disambiguation) be created?
