Reason:

Blue is the deuteragonist of Blue's Clues.

Related:
Magenta_(blue's_clues), a side character who occasionally makes an appearance in the show.
Steve_(blue's_clues), the original protagonist of the show. Tag needs to be sorted out, as it's currently under steve_burns, the actor's name.

+1. I've already taken the liberty of changing all the steve_burns tags to steve_(blue's_clues) and updated their wiki pages accordingly.

I would also suggest implicating blue's_clues to nickelodeon as it was a Nickelodeon series (under its Nick Jr. brand; I'm not supporting an implication to Nick Jr. because the copyright tag is underutilized and it's still Nickelodeon anyway).
