Additionally,

big lips → puffy lips
plump lips → puffy lips
thick lips → puffy lips

(These are actually the more important tags to alias, as they're much more commonly used, but right now there's still a couple 6 mo ~ 1 y old proposals to alias some of these to big lips and I don't seem to be able to suggest that while those are still open?

All four of the tags I propose to alias are used identically.

Right now, of the four tags I propose to alias to puffy lips, big lips is by far the one with the most current usage, so it might make more sense to alias everything to big lips instead; however, I feel that puffy lips would be more in line with tags like puffy anus and puffy nipples. (The other obvious choice would be large lips, in keeping with the large/huge/hyper progression other body parts follow, but I think "puffy" describes the appearance of moderately-oversized lips a lot better; similar to how nipples also follow a puffy_nipples/huge_nipples/hyper_nipples progression.)

Juicy_lips, plump_lips, and Thick_lips should all be aliased, so +1 to that, but I'm not sure if puffy or big lips should be the source; Puffy-Lips seems to me that something made them that way, whereas Big_lips sounds like they're just naturally big
