Implicating r-z → zetsin

Reason:

R-Z is the collaboration account between the artists Zetsin and Re-Re. I'm not sure if this should be aliased to replace it with both artists or just implicated to the two of them.

EDIT: The tag implication r-z -> zetsin (forum #270609) has been rejected by @Millcore.

Maybe tag all r-z art as just both artists instead of using the special r-z tag? I had no idea it was even a thing and found some art of my sona under it that I did not even realized it was uploaded because of that lol.

There would still need to be an implication or alias lest people repopulate the tag after I un-tag it
