Reason:

Currently implies muscular_intersex, but not specific anatomy.

Having posts with the tag appear for users with 'herm' blacklisted is probably more of an issue than for users who only specifically blacklist 'muscular_intersex' since the latter can be achieved with a two-tag blacklist entry.

The same issue also applies for the other tags under the muscular_intersex umbrella and should also probably be re-implicated; this was just the first one where I noticed the absence of the matching sex tag.
