Reason:

People know what a peach_pussy is. it's pussy that looks like a peach,
this tag is far more recognizable than "innie_pussy" or "innie" which is a lot more vague.

I've never heard either of those terms before. Does it just mean the labia isn't hanging out? Nevermind, saw the wiki.

innie pussy is not really any more vague than peach pussy. also peach pussy also means that the person has shaved their junk. innie pussy means only a pussy with small labia minora.
