Reason:

sph is just the shortened version of small penis humiliation.

The wiki for sph has it meaning "strategically placed hole".

yeah -1 for the above reason. sph is not exclusive for small penis humiliation so this wouldnt work

I'd argue for an sph_(disambiguation) tag for the arguments listed above imho

There's actually only three pictures tagged that at all that I can tell. Maybe Dice's suggestion up there is the best considering "sph" is also used for other things.

I'm just wondering if 'strategically placed hole' is even a thing. There's only two posts tagged with that full version. Edit: none of the pictures even fit the description given under sph

Huh, I'm not sure! Thinking about it, I've only really seen it on things that wouldn't be on here anyways like custom plushes vs drawings.

The point being made here is that SPH is vague enough that on multiple occasions it's been used to mean multiple things. So an alias of SPH to small penis humiliation might lead to mistags and improper use.

Perhaps on the rare occasion, but I think it would be an improvement 95% of the time

Read the thread, already forgot what the original alias was supposed to be. All I've ever seen sph used for is 'strategically placed hole', and come to think about it, that should be tagged for a lot of the plushophilia posts.

the wiki on SPH was created in 2008/2009 .. .which was... quite a while ago.

I've been around for a while and... basically... there are kinks and fetishes that go in and out of style. Vore was Very Unpopular, but now it's a relatively common fetish. Macro stuff seemed to be very popular for a while, but these days, it's a lot less common. Thicc characters are more appreciated today than they were 10 years ago. Plushophilia/fursuit sex was a pretty common thing to hear about 10-20 years ago. Some people would sell modified plush with "SPH" or similar.

That said, it's not as common as it used to be. Language changes and evolves with time too.

BUt yeah, this is a thing. Or was a thing. probably still is. just quieter.

if you wander over the the plushophilia tag, there are a few examples in the earliest posts, back from when photography was allowed.

Interestingly, Urban Dictionary has small penis humiliation as the first definition, and the furry related strategically placed hole as the second definition.

Not sure what we should do now. since the penis definition is the more "currently common" one, that one maybe should take priority.

Similarly, since we don't allow photographs of stuffed animals, or other forms of fabric art... I feel like much of the plushophilia art we have is related to:

1) living plush
2) rubbing against plush (or the plush being rubbed against)
3) the plush doing the penetrating

while there ARE pictures with penetration of a plushie, can these really be said to be a strategically placed hole? we can't really see them to identify what they are. Some plush are formed or drawn with realistic looking genitals... (post #1509524 post #1483711), while others have been ripped open to facilitate penetration.

I feel like .. maybe.. strategically_placed_hole (which is currently tagged on two pieces of clothing...) should be aliased to something like "plushie_penetration" or "penetration_of_a_plushie" or something. (probably plushie_penetration, to line up with anal_penetration and whatnot)
