The wiki entry for the former tag makes it pretty clear the idea's supposed to be that a character is raped continuously and/or repeatedly until they start to enjoy it. Which means that it inherently includes rape...

The latest post for it seems to be a good example for why rape doesn't always apply (ironically that post has the rape tag, but since there's no sex I don't think that should apply).

This one is an obvious yes for me. Its a core component of the fetish for it to be forced.
Watsit's post didn't actually name it, so I'm going to have to point out until_they_like_it is also being used with after_rape images, making it unsuitable for implication.
