Reason:

Harpys are winged_humanoids so in my head it only makes logical sense to automatically imply the tag

If it is drawn as anthro it is no longer a harpy, it is some anthromorphic hybrid

Not all harpy depictions are humanoid.

Yeah a bird with a human face is not a winged_humanoid

Yeah, birds that are pretty much fully bird with human faces would be feral humanoid_face, not humanoids

harpies can be drawn just as humans with bird feet and a bunch of feathers coming from arms. thats not a winged humanoid.

Though I dunno if those should still be counted as harpy, avian_humanoid might be a better fit.

I disagree. To me, it doesn't have to be human-bird, but I also think that anout Lamia being snake im their lower bodies.
