Aliasing holding_legs → holding_leg

Reason:

While holding_legs applies when at least two legs are hold, holding_leg only needs one. Also holding_leg has been used more.
They're almost the same so I don't see the point to keep them separated

holding_leg (singular) tag is better because
1) holding_leg wiki says "Used to denote a character holding their own leg(s) ...", so includes art of person holding their own legs.
2) singular better because if legs being held, you can still say that a leg is being held,
but one leg is being held, less accurate to say that LEGS (plural) are being held.

Otherwise will have to correct both tags,
because

• some tagged with holding_leg have plural legs being held (examples: post #1747579 , (maybe post #1733946 and post #1728481 and post #1719738 ) post #1715091 , etc)

• some tagged with holding_legs have person holding one of their own leg

(examples: post #1747678 , post #1521613 , (maybe post #1499659 ), post #1489905 , etc )
