Aliasing glacierponi → keponii

Reason:

Keponii is the dA account. glacierponi and glacierfricker are tumblrs that should be aliased to Keponii. See the dA link on http://glacierponi.tumblr.com/

That doesn't say anything about preferring to go by Keponii, so I sent them an ask.

Bump. Also, they now have a FA account called notglacier (https://www.furaffinity.net/user/notglacier/), so that should be aliased, too. In the absence of a stated preference, I think we should use keponii since it's the unique identifier. It will also prevent confusion with their OC, who is a pony called Glacier.
