He may be undead lore wise but would he have to show
some proof of being a zombie per pic for him to tagged
Undead?

You tag what you see, so you'd only tag as undead if he looked undead in that specific context.

So no, imho, that first image should not have an undead tag.

e6 policy is to tag what you see in a given picture.

In post #1742268 there is no visible evidence of an undead character so the post should not have the undead tag.

I also agree -- though you could, in the description, include that lore about him. but people who search for undead probably want dead-looking ribs and things, not normal dragonny things.

Think of it like mario. He might be tagged plumber if he's got a plunger, but it'd be wrong to tag him plummer if he's not plumbing :) Or Doctor if he's not in his Dr. Mario getup :)
