Reason:
As the character owner I would like to try keeping just one tag. Both tags have been used for the same character and after standardizing existing uploads, I'd like to keep just the short tag.
EDIT: The tag alias liunkaya_redwing -> liunkaya (forum #282717) has been approved by @Rainbow_Dash.
