-1, what happens to oil in a container? That stuff isn't in the process of being used, so would containers it just be called "oiled" now?

Problem of arbitrarity still persists. Perhaps oil_container should be a tag instead.

And what happens to oil spills, or etc. when it's not in a container? Should we make even more tags for that?
Furthermore, what about implications? Should oil containers imply "oiled", by your logic? And spills, any open air fluid, again et cetera. We should just have the tag "oil", and if something is oiled then we can have it imply oil. Same goes for the above listed.

Agreed, the vice-versa makes more sense.
