Alias to twitter handle, since (1) that seems to be the Japanese kemono artist standard, and (2) tumblr doesn't seem to be as active (doesn't include some art such as post #1724005 ).

Not familiar with the process usually used for deciding which active artist handle we end up going with, but +1 on aliasing either way to avoid accidental duplicates.
