painal is apparently a tag with something resembling a wiki entry.
Normally I'd just delete the one instance of it but if it's got a wiki entry maybe somewhere along the line it's been approved and I don't wanna get hit for deleting relevant tags again so I'm asking y'all.

No, the tag is stupid and should not be used. I also deleted the wiki entry and I'm going to pretend I didn't see who made that wiki.

Anyone can create wiki pages and right now the system is that we hope that users know what the fuck they are doing when they are creating one. That's one of the reasons why there's report button on them and you should take what's said on them with grain of salt unless they are locked.
