Aliasing ikugo → ikugo_(artist)

Reason:

For some reason the artist’s character is also the tag for all their work.

If there is also a CHARACTER named Ikugo, then it doesn't need to be aliased away to the artist--then we have no way of finding art of the character.

97 - ikugo - (character tag)
29 - ikugo_(character) (character tag)
1 - ikugo_(artist) (artist tag)

Since you're familar with the artist... could you please go through ikugo and make sure that all the ikugo_(character)s are tagged and all of the ikugo_(artist)s are tagged? And I'll go through and remove Ikugo from all of the ikugo pictures after you've done that.

After that point... I don't know. do we usually disambiguate, or alias to one or the other? or just hope that having an empty tag encourages peopel to double check their work?

I think people would be quick to notice an extra artist, but slow to notice that the one line that should be there is there but to say "none" instead of ikugo_(artist). Aliasing to the artist should be fine.
