Reason:

Episode 8 of Bojack Horseman S5 reveals (by Pickles herself) that her full name is Pickles Aplenty. Changing the tag to this would simplify searches as it makes her a unique character name, and reduces the name to type out the series she is associated with, which can be left up to the purple tags
