Is that term in common use?
All I could find on Google is the urban dictionary entry, which describes an entirely different usage, and some special moves from games.

Also I don't even see this tag being used ever, so is the alias necessary?
This does also sound like word which will have absurd amount of seperate meanings according to context.

I mean... kinda?
the point of a low angle shot is to make the subject appear to powerful and intimidating... so I'm sure it's occasionally referred to as a power shot.. but more frequently, it's a Low-angle shot, or worm's eye view or something like that.
I don't see muhc need for it, honestly.
