EDIT: The tag alias lunara -> lunara_(warcraft) (forum #252829) has been rejected by @gattonero2001.

Actually, -1. She originally is from HotS, and afterwards was added to WoW. It should be Lunara_(HotS), and imply both Heroes_of_the_Storm and Warcraft. She, as well as Brightwing, will be better known from HotS than from WoW or Warcraft in general.

Wouldn't their presence in Warcraft be a mere cameo? Should it really imply it?

Actually, you're right... despite being cameos, it's only their species that makes them a Warcraft character. Alternate_species rule applies. The Lost Vikings also make an appearance in WoW, but they shouldn't imply it since they're from a Blizz original game.
