The suggestion is only to alias the character tag snow_(character), not the general tag snow. If you wanted to make the disambiguation clear that it's only for character's named snow, then it could be changed to snow_(character)_(disambiguation) or something similar. Or the wiki page for snow_(disambiguation) could simply state that is for the disambiguation of character tags only, not general tags.
