Aliasing animal_anus → invalid_tag

Reason:

Again, superfluous, people can search for feral + anus. Also, no wiki entry despite nearly 500 tags. Suggest mass tag deletion for ease of removal instead of creating that many invalid tags to be deleted.

EDIT: The tag alias animal_anus -> invalid_tag (forum #261628) has been rejected by @NotMeNotYou.

same as with the other alias, it should be aliased to anus, not invalidated
