Aliasing wolfie-pawz_(artist) → wolfie-pawz

wolfie-pawz is the formal name of an artist and is never the name of a character, so having the (artist) name is unnecessary and is dividing the artist's art between two different tags as of now.
EDIT: The tag alias wolfie-pawz_(artist) -> wolfie-pawz (forum #261447) has been approved by @bitWolfy.

New users sometimes add the unnecessary _(artist). An alias is useful if there's many posts that need to have that tag changed but in this case I think we should just do it manually.

Fair enough, I went head and just edited the tags of the _(artist) over to the normal tag for the time being.
